Política de reembolso

Refunds are being issued in the form of store credit with exception to the following cases, return label is made available to client for the following: 

  • The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model 
  • The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
  • The shipment went missing
  • Item(s) out of stock at time of purchase

With exception to a missing item, we may require a photo proof of reason requesting refund. We are dedicated to proving our customers the best services and products,  we are here for you. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, in some cases refunds may take up to 7 business days to be credited. Store credit is made available once approved within a 24 hour period. If item(s)  is/are not returned within 15 days from the time return label is sent to customer, a refund will not be processed under any circumstances.
