Requested refunds are being issued in the form of gift cards.  For refund to the form of payment used during checkout the exception applies to the  following cases where a return label is made available to shoppers for the following: 

  • The incorrect item was received in terms of color or size
  • The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
  • The shipment went missing
  • Item(s) out of stock at time of purchase
  • We are dedicated to proving our customers the best services and products,  we are here for you. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase, in some cases refunds may take up to 7 business days to be credited. Store credit/ Store gift card is made available once approved within a 24 hour period. If item(s)  is/are not returned within 15 days from the time return label is sent to customer, a refund will not be processed under any circumstances. Refunds for returned items will be issued once notification of package receipt has been made by carrier.
  • Returned item(s) must not be worn and original tag must remain on product(s).
