Return Policy

We DO NOT accept returns for items purchased on sale

We DO accept returns for refund or store credit in the following cases: 

  • The incorrect item was received in terms of color or size .
  • The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.     
  • Item never received/missing.                    

  Return label is made available  for the above applicable reasons ONLY.

With exception to a missing item, we may require reason requesting refund. We are dedicated to proving our customers the best services and products,  we are here for you. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
